Content Partner (Affiliate) Agreement

This Content Partner (Affiliate) Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the ArtInScienceDesigns Content Partner Program.

1. Program Overview

Content Partners participate in an affiliate program by promoting ArtInScienceDesigns products using a unique tracking link provided through the affiliate program dashboard and earning commissions on qualifying sales. Purchases may be completed through third-party marketplaces or merchant checkout platforms used by ArtInScienceDesigns.

2. Approval & Participation

All Content Partner applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Commissions

  • Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal only
  • Shipping, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and canceled orders are excluded
  • Only successfully tracked and approved purchases are eligible for commission
  • Some product categories, including certain digital products, may be tracked differently or may be ineligible for commission
  • Orders may be manually reviewed prior to approval

4. Tracking & Attribution

Affiliate tracking is handled through the merchant’s affiliate software and commerce platforms. Attribution depends on proper use of approved affiliate links and successful tracking at the time of checkout.

We do not guarantee commission eligibility for purchases that are not properly tracked due to technical limitations, browser settings, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, or platform constraints.

5. Payouts & Taxes

Approved commissions are paid by the merchant on a monthly basis via PayPal. Content Partners are independent contractors and are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings.

6. Promotion Rules

  • No paid ads, bidding on branded terms, or trademark use without written permission
  • No use of coupon sites, deal aggregators, browser extensions, cashback, or rebate platforms
  • No misleading claims, false urgency, or spam tactics
  • No self-referrals or purchases made primarily to generate commission
  • FTC disclosure is required on all promotional content

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate participation at any time for violations of this Agreement, misuse of affiliate links, or activity that does not align with the intent of the program.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
