No pressure to spontaneously erupt into a confetti parade, of course. Now, for some of us (and you know who you are), the word 'happiness' might conjure images of grand gestures and effervescent smiles. But for many of us, especially those who recharge in quieter corners, genuine joy often looks a lot like a quiet morning, a successful solo mission to the grocery store maintaining optimal social distance, or finding both socks in the laundry.
