Something To Celebrate: The Listing That Almost Didn't Make It

The Listing That Almost Didn't Make It

The Botanical Boho table runner listing almost didn't make it. Krista pulled it to the edge of the cutting room floor three separate times, and what kept it alive wasn't confidence — it was just a lower spend and a little stubbornness. Then it converted. Sixty-five dollars that felt like a lot more than sixty-five dollars.

There's something worth sitting with in that. The instinct when something isn't performing is to either pour money at it or walk away, and both of those feel like doing something — like being in control. Patience doesn't feel like a strategy. It just feels like waiting. But the data told a different story here: the listing needed time more than it needed intervention. That's not a lesson that comes naturally, especially when you're watching the numbers and second-guessing every decision. But Botanical Boho earned its place in the shop the slow way, and that might be exactly why it feels worth writing down.

Whenever something like this happens, my instinct is always the same — find a little something to mark it.
